About Cindy Cole

Named One of America’s Best Real Estate Agents by Real Trends each year since the award’s inception in 2012, Cindy Cole ranks among the top ½ of 1% of the country’s Realtors in overall sales volume. Locally, she is Destin’s top agent and leads the Destin office for Keller Williams Emerald Coast.

A career-long marketing executive and entrepreneur, Cindy attributes her success in real estate to her solid business background, a commitment to quality, and an unwavering work ethic. Prior to selling luxury real estate on the Emerald Coast, Cindy enjoyed more than a decade as a top-producing sales executive in the outdoor advertising industry in Atlanta and New York City, developing innovative advertising mediums for major corporations and sports teams.

Cindy discovered her talent for sales and marketing as a journalism student at the University of Georgia. She still enjoys putting pen to paper by crafting a home’s soul and spirit into words that connect with a buyer emotionally.

Cindy is a fully licensed Real Estate Broker and Certified Negotiation Expert. Cindy Cole Fine Homes, Cindy’s personal brand, is credited with some of the Emerald Coast’s most innovative marketing.

Cindy’s passion is inspiring up-and-coming Realtors to successful careers of their own. While her main focus is helping clients buy and sell real estate, she is devoted to mentoring rising agents as they build successful businesses and accompanying financial independence.

When not selling real estate, Cindy enjoys traveling, leading women’s groups, writing, fundraising, and entertaining. Annually, Cindy serves on the board of the Emerald Coast Children’s Advocacy Center and supports local and international charities. She is an active member of Destin Methodist Church.
